Eligibility: Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

Cancellation After One Minute: If you cancel the order after one minute of placing it but before it has shipped, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of up to 100% of the order value. This penalty covers the damages incurred, and will be deducted from your refund for prepaid orders or added to your next bill for postpaid orders.
