DELIVERY

 

Intellispace Solutions guarantees the delivery of products across India at no additional cost, using trusted courier services. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If reshipment is required due to such issues, customers are responsible for paying the reshipment charges, along with any associated penalties.

 

To ensure the safe delivery of all products, each item is securely packed in waterproof and corrugated packaging. All orders are shipped through reputable transport or courier agencies, and typically arrive within 5-7 working days after dispatch.

 

Special Note for Gift Deliveries:

Deliveries made to colleges, hostels, or similar institutions are done at the customer’s risk. If authorities at these locations refuse delivery, Intellispace Solutions will not issue refunds or credits, nor will we attempt reshipment. If you require delivery on a specific date, please include this request during checkout in the gift message box. If no date is specified, delivery will occur at the earliest possible opportunity.

 

P.O. Box Addresses:

Courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete shipping address with the correct pin code to ensure timely delivery.

 

Weekend Deliveries:

Deliveries are typically not made on weekends. However, at our discretion, we may make exceptions for urgent orders on Saturdays.

 

SHIPMENT TIME

 

For each product listed on the website, an estimated shipment time is provided. These estimates are indicative and may vary depending on stock availability and other factors.

 

Orders are usually processed within 48-72 hours after being placed. The expected shipment time is typically between 2 - 5 business days, subject to optimal conditions.

MULTIPLE ORDERS

 

If you place multiple orders, they may arrive separately based on product availability and shipping locations. All products are shipped from India.

 

TRANSIT RISK

 

All shipments sent by Intellispace Solutions are fully insured at no additional cost to the customer. In the event that a package is lost during transit, we will re-process your order at no extra charge. However, once the package is marked as delivered by the courier service, we are no longer responsible for loss or damage to the items.

 

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the courier’s website, tracking number, and the expected delivery date. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active.

 

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

You may request a change to your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Any request made beyond this period will not be processed. To change your address, email us at order@intellispace.solutions.

 

READY TO SHIP SECTION

 

Our Ready to Ship section allows customers to place last-minute orders, ensuring delivery within 5-7 days. If customization is required, please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery. This option applies only to products listed under the ‘Express Section’ of the website.

 

DELAYS

 

The shipment times listed on our website are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as stock unavailability, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. While we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges solely due to delays, we may provide store credit or a small gift as compensation in certain cases.

 

If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email. If a product is out of stock or there are unusual delays, we may offer a partial refund or ship the remaining items separately.
